v11 R5 Crashes

We have had mega issues upgrading one of our client 30 user systems from 2004
to V11.
The system was rock solid with 2004 but now users are crashing out and
freezing wholesale. Sometimes the Server just decides to throw all users off
as well.
We may be pin pointing one of the issues with Adobe V8 - we have replaced
one machine with V9 and this stays more solid.
Also Exchange 2007 was cashing on the users hard drive and the server
polling every 5 minutes for data - multiply this by 30 users and the network
traffic was quite heavy. We also stopped this and have had some favourable
results.
Has any one else had nightmares with 2004 to V11 with crashing & freezing.
I know the code is more sensitive but I think I have sorted most of this.
Another issue is that it compiles Ok but the compiled structure does not run
some object methods on a dialog layout!
All in all a real bad experience!
