Weird Situation

Hoping someone can assist me with a really weird situation...

I copied some code from one database, into another, by simply dragging the
methods. They appear only once Explorer when viewing methods, however they
appear twice when you try to execute a method (Control-R).

Why are they showing up twice, and how do I get this fixed?
